That I think would make it so I couldn't cheat or change my mind (it seems expensive but if you account for how much it would cost to pay for all those meals each day, it comes out to be pretty cheap). The food all came and it was easy to start off. They gave me a personalized diet plan which I followed easily. It can't really be easier than following a plan that tells you what to eat and then all the food is there for you. A month later, I can proudly say I am 12 pounds lighter than I am and I feel great.
