Terrible experience. The system seems to be designed to make it extremely difficult to get off of their automatic shipment list. I can’t believe how frustrating and confusing this is!
I tried to cancel minutes after I signed up. Made the phone call and thought that everything was ok because the website said that I didn’t have an account there when I checked later.
I still got ties in the mail. Then, less than 30 days later I was charged $69.98 (plus bank fees because I sure didn’t expect this to hit my bank).

I called again and found out that I hadn’t followed their maze of instructions to the letter to quit earlier.
I have now printed up their form to send to them.

The customer service person told me that he doesn’t have the phone number for the shipping department or the capability to cancel the shipment that hasn’t gone out yet!

I was told over the phone that if I send back all of the ties I will be refunded.
But, the form that I have to sign to cancel my shipment says, “I understand and acknowledge that all shipments prior to the Company’s receipt of this letter are non-refundable.” So, if I send back the ties on the operator’s word will I get my money back?

I’m sure the company has a legal team, so it’s probably all legal. But, is this ethical?

Additional terms include the fact that they will charge you full price ($34.00) for the ties they sent for $1.00 if you cancel future shipments.
Canceling is difficult, it took me over two hours on the phone and online to do this. Then not only do you have to mail the ties back (or be charged full price), you have to print off a page from their website, sign it, and send that to them to complete your cancellation. The website is misleading and confusing, and the ID number will go where the e-mail should go. You cannot navigate it without having them on the phone with you.
Horribly misleading! I LOST about $25.00 and never got one tie.
